Who is ?
Tosha Bell, a devoted wife, mother, GG (Gigi), and retired educator of
16years, embarked on her educational journey while working as a
hairstylist, initially substituting on her days off. Her passion for education
deepened through long-term substitute roles across grades K-12,
inspiring her to earn a Bachelor of Science in Education. She continued
her academic pursuits, obtaining a Master's in Education. During her
quest for self-improvement, Tosha faced challenges with depression
and severe anxiety, which led her to integrate her love for exercise and
science to enhance her mental health and wellness. In 2020,this
personal experience propelled her to further explore the mental and
emotional health of women in education. Tosha has since become a
Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Women's Fitness Specialist.
She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Kinesiology, focusing
her research on the psychological and physical health of women in the
educational sector.
